Returns, Refunds and Expectations:
Each piece of original artwork is handmade, which includes imperfections. This makes all pieces unique. No original artwork can be recreated. Colors of actual item can look different in photos. I can also send videos of artwork of additional pictures when requested.
There will be no refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged or lost during shipping. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation along with pictures for proof of the damaged artwork. I will work through any special circumstances that arise.
Care:
Please give special care to your new original artwork. Display in areas away from direct sunlight to prevent yellowing or fading. All items are sealed with UV protection.
Rights of Images:
The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold artwork to promote the company. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission from LiMoLiGi Creative LLC.
Shipping Policy:
All shipping costs are calculated based upon the weight and size of the products being purchased. USPS is the default shipping service. Please contact us directly if there are any concerns or special requests for shipping.
- All paintings will be wrapped in protection and shipping materials and boxed. Please allow 1 week to properly prepare for shipment. All original paintings will be insured for their value. Please contact immediately of any damaged or lost shipments. Once shipper pays out the insurance claim, we will process the refund or replacements for prints.
- The Processing of shipments of all other items will be within 1-3 days unless LiMoLiGi contacts you.
All customs and taxes along with import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers. Carrier shipping and Customs delays are not the responsibility of LiMoLiGi Creative LLC.
